Dr. Marshawn Martin is a highly experienced leader who has worked in both for-profit and non-profit industries within national and international markets. She is the founder of the consulting company Talk Story With Me LLC and current faculty at the University of Hawai’i Hilo College of Business and Economics. While pursuing her doctorate, Dr. Martin’s research delved into women’s leadership competencies and the accuracy of leadership competency assumptions.
Dr. Martin’s passion is in sharing these statistics to empower female leaders with the confirmation of the skills they possess and utilize in achieving exceptional results and our impact in business.
