Project Description

Ms. Angie has three plus decades in service to businesses as a customer success expert/savant. In addition to her own successful business and her community. She is certified in how to connect people, how they think and respond. She is also certified in managing stress and how to understand and react to emotions. Her heart of service is very important to her from the youngest to the oldest. She has created workshops on how to approach people and to always leave people feeling heard and valued.

Her experiences and journeys have equipped her to teach and show a new perspective on how to win the hearts of others and create customers within those around us so that they are completely satisfied not only with the service they are receiving but with the person they are receiving it from. Success is the key for every successful encounter.

Customer Success Starts With You

Whether you’re the one giving or receiving, understanding both sides of the counter, gives us the perspective we need to give excellent customer service because we treat others the way we want to be treated. The customer is not always right, but there is no profit in telling them so. The product often sells itself, so what is really selling the customer to trust your company is the person on the phone, the voice of the company and how they treat the customer. It’s not the product, it’s respect they value most. If they have called in then they are already sold on the product, now to bring them into the company and make them feel like this is where they belong. Feeling valued, wanted and that their concerns have been heard and they are at peace equals success.
